Maxillaria Tenuifolia in S/H... problems, please advise.

Ray - please advise, but as always I will appreciate help from anyone else as well. My max ten had new pbulbs and roots growing a few weeks ago, so I repotted into S/H following the recommendations on Ray's site. Treated with systemic antifungal, then KLN root grow, and repotted.

Newest pbulbs look good, but older ones are shriveling and looking like maybe they are rotting. Am I interpreting this right? Do I need to retreat with the fungicide or leave things alone?

Attached are two photos, blue outlines showing my areas of concern. Thanks for any help.

Maxillaria tenuifolia has a reputation for sulking if the roots are disturbed, so I would not worry about it if the new growth looks good and there is no rot on any P-bulbs.
I would expect a lot of roots from the old p-bulbs to rot away; which, if it is what is happening for you, would account for the bulbs shrivelling. This is because their root system is gone and the energy reserves in those old bulbs are now going into producing new growth, with new root growth, which will be fully adapted to S/H.

The above is true - you're experiencing the signs of the "transitional period" during which it looses its old roots and produces new ones suitable for growing in SH. Also, keep the air movement up around this one, stagnancy can create rotting situations.
