Vanda watering

H Everyone

I have two vanda's that i mist a couple of times a day and dunk in the sink every other day. They are doing very well and one is about to bloom.
My questions is what the heck do I do with them when I go on a weeks holiday in February? I could probably get my daughter to come in once to water but thats about it.
Any tips?

I had a similar problem last year. I just soaked it and put it out of the light. It did fine. Some may suggest draping plastic sheeting over the roots but mine is in a pot and that was not a problem.
I'm sure it is not happy about this but seemed not to miss a step.
