Chiloschista Segawai

Happy New Year everyone,
I need some advise on blooming my chilos. It currently have 4 spikes and growing a new one (just notice today). I mean it is spiking like crazy but there is no buds and blooms.:scratchhead:
It is mounted and grown indoor. Temp is 70 -72 day, 63-65 nite. Humidity stays at 40-50%, and daily misting, 3 weekly weakly fertilizing and 1 flushing. Light is about 1200 - 1500 fc on sunny day (live in the NW). What am I missing? Should I increase the light and fertilizer? Please help. Thanks in advance.:bowing
