Welcome Bilbao
 

We have a new puppy!!:biggrin: I had to fly from Ft. Lauderdale to Salt Lake City on New Years Eve Day to pick him up. Actually did a turn around the same day and brought his brother back with us too. He is living in the Miami area. A long and interesting day.

Our little guys' name is Bilbao de Fabio (Bil for short) and he is a Spanish Water Dog. 9 weeks old, chocolate color and good as I could have ever wished for. Hope you like the couple pics I'm posting the first one was taken when he was 6 weeks and still in Utah. The others were yesterday at his new home. I think he liked trading 2 feet of snow for palm trees and warm green grass. I know I did.

I'll be sure to post new pictures. He is a ham, just kept looking at the camera and I kept snapping away. This pup is probably the smartest pup we have ever had. Knows his name, comes when called, stops when told no. Wish my kids had learned that fast :rofl:

Here are a couple pictures of Bil. He is almost 6 months My niece was visiting one day and had some fun in Bils' house. Then he happened to be standing in a room with cut glass windows The pool is fun. So far he ventures to the top step. Bil does swim but not of his accord. If I'm in the pool I carry him out so he learns where the steps are to get out on his own. He does love his tennis ball but not enough to venture in past the top step...

when i saw the pics of obama's bo, my thought is "whoa, this dog is like a teddy bear!" and i never heard about this breed before... congrats on your very own chocolate teddy bear
