I received an email about this and went directly to the FBI web site to confirm it is real...and it is:

Thought everybody should be aware of the fact that something can be done when you get fraudulent emails :)

Just sent a "heads up" to a few of my contacts. Doesn't hurt to spread the "wealth" so to speak.

Good to know! Thanks for sharing the link. Mostly what get is junk, but as I scan that junk-mail box I do from time to time see those "Paypal needs immediate verification to avoid deactivation of account" type emails... GRRR
