This CHID is amazing it has many flowers and it bloom once and once again... the plant donīt have new leaves... i donīt need more leaves....!!!!
The flowers are little dark.... maybe they need more light... but is very healthy... Enjoy ... Do anybody know something to clean the leaves ... some ( the old ones) have this spaghnum on it ... is not a problem but is not so stetic.... |
That is a really cool looking orchid! I accidentally sold one of these before I knew what the heck it was! DARN! Congrats though, it is beautiful.
The only thing I know of is to use a sponge with just plain water and give them a little scrub. I have heard of lemon juice for other plants, but I don't know for orchids. I would wait until the experts jump in! |
Hi, a little vinegar, olive oil and water mix will give your leaves a nice shine and kill off any potential predator like mites. At least it works for Phals and Catts. :) I really really like the flower form on this species! Its on my list now!
