Insted of going to see The corpse flower that was scheduled to bloom today i went to a local greenhouse (good move since it won't bloom till tommorow)

and smelled some other type of orchid i'm not familiar with

AND THEN i walked into a angly mess of roots only too look up and find

i was shocked apperntly this orchid is actually older than me the owner died and it's been with the greenhouse since.

Nice things to find hanging around, eh?! :drool: That second and third one is in the oncidium alliance...at least I think so.

I sort of agree with David. I think the second and third look like a Brassia or oncidium cross to me. Maybe Miltassia or something?

Either way, they are beautiful. I really love that first one! It is so exotic looking! :)

The first one is stunning, i believe it is Laelia Purpurata var anelata :)
