Greetings from Sweden!

Hello everyone!

I am almost as new to this forum as I am to orchids generally. I dont really know where to start, except for expressing my eagerness to jump into the forums and eventually became able to take part in discussions

I'm a 18 year old guy from northern Sweden, oooptimal outdoor conditions, and recently found joy in orchids, or to be more precise this summer. I moved into my own apartment a little bit more than a month ago and decided it was time to take action.

So far I've layed my hands upon one Phallis hybrid, a Cambria and a Paphiopedilum Amerikaa. The selection of orchids isn't as wide as I would have wanted up here, so it's a constant pursuit of happiness. I'm a bit curious of what Cambria I've got so I'll post a pic in due time, and I'll keep you guys busy with loads of questions later on as well! : )

Thank you Bellini, quiltingwacko and tuvoc =) Pictures will be coming up soon I guess, while my new sweeties are still blooming.

To kick it all off btw, here's my first question! I've read somewhere that Brassias generally only bloom for about one week? The "main"question though is, anyone know how long the blooming for Odontobrassias is? To be more precise, it's a Odontobrassia Billabong!

Anton
