i have this dendro plant that is acting really weird. well its my fault actually due to ignorace coz i just left it but after months pass the leaves starts to appear some ionno disease or rash! what should i do? anyway. note. there are healthy growths and new shoots as well. it has been like this after it fell off but it continues to grow so i guess its not a viral. but is there something i need to do more to be able to remove all these pesky rings! anyway theres a bird poop on one of its leaves! i tried using fungicide - and im going to try a diffrent brand!

*note first pic theres a small poop on its leaves (from birds)

I don't think you're dealing with a fungus at all - more like insects.

As you are growing in tree fern, which dries out pretty rapidly, I suspect you might consider watering more, too.

Yes I agree with Ray it looks like a bug of some sort have a look at the underside of the leaf.

Nice new roots.

I too would carefully examine for pests, especially the underside of leaves and hidden crevices using a magnifying glass.

okay is there any safe formula dat could get rid of insects like ants and pest? im pretty frustrated on which product to buy to get rid of insects! i would love to get rid of them but im scared i might harm the plant itself! any tips? thanks or home made to get rid of ants and flies ive seen bugs flying around!

I use sticky traps and an electronic zapper which gets rid of most bugs . I am very wary of insecticides as they tend to poison you as well !! The oil based insectides are some what safer, something like neem oil or oleum , but I would still wear a mask when spraying with oils and have shower after using these products. Good luck

Hmm, there's a plant that they use over at Orchids Limited that actually traps some of the fruit flies that sometimes find their way into growing spaces. They're like companion plants that help keep the bugs at bay.

I've used "bio neem" a neem oil based spray on my orchid that I had outside all summer. Sprayed it a couple of times, soaked the pot in water for a few hours to kill any crawlies in the medium, and then brought it in after a couple of days.
Good luck!
