light duration

Hi,
I have my plants under a 4 bulb t5 light. I have phalaenopsis and phragmipedium.

How long am I supposed to leave the light on for?

Do I change the duration of light for flowering, how much?

Thanks,
rlr

I have mine set for 12 hours winter and 14 hours summer. That's just me. Not sure why I set that time, just thought it needed to be longer in summer?

I have the same setting. 12 in the winter. 14 in the summer.

i should add that i change the timers when I quit watering the ones that like a dry rest (halloween) and bump them up to 13 hours on valentines when I start watering the dry chids again and then to 14 on the weekend of our societies show (first weekend of april). the dates just help me remember
