Help needed feeding spikes.

Can any of you good folks give me suggestions in feeding my spikes? I have a Cochleanthes Flabelliforme, Iwanagara apple blossom and a Prostechea Cochleata in spike and I'm not sure how to feed them. I'm afraid i might over feed them and kill the spike or the quality of the flowers or something. Can you tell its my first round of flowers on these babies?:blushing:
