I got this new intergeneric hybrid from RF Orchids last month when it was in spike. Here it is in full bloom...and it has a delightful fragrance!

The cross is Paraphalaenopsis laycockii x Ascda. Meda Arnold 'Blue Queen'. It is actually a plant I picked up by mistake...I meant to grab another similar type cross and misread the lable...I didn't notice it until after I got home. Oh well, I'm glad that this mistake happened. :drool:

Suzanne...they had lots of these guys at RF, and they are featured on their website under New Arrivals, although I am sure it will be moved to the Vandaceous Hybrids section at some point in the near future. So whenever you're ready to have one, you know where to look. :)

For consolation I'm going to go cut my self a big piece of fresh raspberry, cream cheese, chocolate pie, with chocolate dripped all over the top......
