I know it's not an orchid - my Hoya Tsangii!
I know this isn't an orchid, but I was so excited that I just had to post this somewhere! I've had this Hoya Tsangii for about 8 months now and it finally bloomed for me! I bought it without any peduncles, it has since grown 3.
I went on vacation for 10 days, and came back to find orchids & hoyas blooming and LOTS of new growth. I guess you just notice that more then you're not examining your plants everyday? Haha. http://www.orchidboard.com/community...0/100_1106.jpg |
Great picture. It is funny how much things changes when you don't check every day. Thanks for sharing. :waving

Very cool!
Hoyas are a great companion plant to the chids :) |
One of the best parts of coming home from a trip is examining your plants! Good find. Very pretty!!!

Just today I found buds forming on a Hoya that has limped along. It's always fun to find flowers.

Awesome! Hoyas are my 2nd favorite, next to orchids of course :) I have quite a few hoyas, but I've only been able to bloom Tsangii and Lacunosa...
