That is Schom. Brysiana

Got her as a seedling 3 years ago and this was first flower, she had 12 flowers on a branching 2 foot spike, she is mounted to cork and has maturered 4 new growths since flowering.

Awesome plants and garden you've got Gary. Where in L.A. are you? I just got back, was staying in Agoura Hills and mostly, Granada Hills.

Funny, Fla. has more orchids and every variety that I could ever wish for but yet, I was at the Rose Bowl flea market and bought a Vanda to bring home, one of the most common ones here, in Fla.; that and jalepeno cheese bread. Go figure! :biggrin: :scratchhead:
