Dark recesses on underside of phal leaves

What's going on with my phal? The underside of the leaves have dark brown spots that are sunken in and it makes the top of the leaves in the same place yellow plant has new root growth and like the other orchids i have is otherwise thriving! She's in bloom right now. I have included a picture of her home and all her friends for help in diagnosis.

I am not sure, the pic is bit small, but as a precaution I would quarantine your phal ASAP. If its only on one leaf consider removing it alltogether. I hope someone else is able to give a better diagnosis.

Looks like fungus to me. I'd be breaking out the fungicide.
