It's a dark and stormy weekend... what better time to join what looks to be a welcoming forum!
I am fairly new to the orchid addiction - just over 2 years - but definitely a committed member. I look forward to learning lots from all your experiences!
I have about 40 'chids now - a handful of NOIDs from early on, some phals, paphs, and a few experiments in other genera (to see if they like me). No greenhouse, maybe someday!

Hello Sarah...welcome to the board :) You will find that there are people here willing to help you with your orchids if you find yourself with problems. There is nothing wrong with NOIDS...I have a few of them myself.

BTW Sarah, where are you in Oregon? I lived and worked in Baker (pre Baker City), Grants Pass and K. Falls. Number of years ago, but still miss the state (Remember - Oregonians don't tan - they rust!)
