Blc. Crowfield 'Mendenhall' HCC AOS
1 Attachment(s)
I thought I'd share this orchid with the forum. This is the first time that I have bloomed so many flowers on the plant. The plant has two inflorescences, each with six open flowers and/or buds. The chartreuse colored flowers are very hard and waxy. The plant has C. bicolor as one of its parents.

That's very impressive! I've only managed one bloom on mine so far and the color wasn't as nice as yours. Great growing!
|
That's simply stunning! Is it fragrant? How big? Nice growing!
|
Thanks for the comments. The flowers have no fragrance. The natural spread (horizontal) of the flower is 3.25 inches. It is grown in orchid bark in a 6-inch round plastic pot under 50% shade cloth.

Really beautiful. I love the greens. Where might this one be purchased now?
