What are your compact Catt alliance favorites?
 

Sometimes these kinds of threads don't work. However, as an in-home, basement plant room grower, space and height are issues for me. Assuming there are more out there like me, I suspect that we really like the good Catt hybrid shapes, colors, fragrances but we would like to get some of this without the large standard hybrid plant size. I have about 14 so-called compact Catts trying to do this. I have stayed away from the minis because I am looking for things that are still showy. I wondered what compact Catt alliance hybrids people had found to be nice flowers and good growers? Just your favorites?

I used to always say Brassavola nodosa, but this summer I had my Cattleya aclandiae bloom and I think its tied for first in the compact Catt alliance category.

my favorite is BLC. dennis kone has a beautiful dark red bloom, almost black.
