Dend antennatum var d'albertisiii & capra
2 Attachment(s)
I bought this Dendrobium antennatum var d'albertisii in May, this is the second blooming. Is this true var d'albertisii ? as i found the picture on Orchids of PNG book, the labellum looks more dend antennatum instead of d'albertisii..
For dend capra, this is the first bloom from 6 months. Looks very green  Erly |

I love the capra! I have one that's slowly putting out some new growths...does yours stay compact?

Yes my dendrobium capra has slow growths. It has only few new roots. But seems its natural, i've ask some friends that have this dendrobium and it happend the same. Don't worry, if the plant looks happy they just stay fine. One more thing, i have this plant from a friend, the natural habitat would be a teak forest in Java. Thats why i grow on mount. please becareful if watering, it doesn't like too much water. |
