Big enough to cut off?
 

Are these keikis big enough to cut off yet? when would you expect a new cane to come in?? (sorry the photo is sideways, i couldnt' figure out how to rotate it

You've got plenty of nice roots. I think I would wait until the baby canes develop a little more then move them to a small seedling pot say 2.5-3 inches.

I agree with Terri. The roots look great but the canes look too immature to remove yet.
