Bulbophyllum makoyanum confusion???
Apparently there are two plants sold as Bulbophyllum (Cirrhopetalum)
makoyanum. One of them is the one that has rounded synsepals. IOSPE PHOTOS The other where the synsepals are pointed. IOSPE PHOTOS So asside from Jay's Internet Orchid Encyclopedia saying which one is which. Who else out there knows which is the real Bulbophyllum (Cirrhopetalum) makoyanum? |

I was at an orchid society meeting last night and one of the members brought along his plant of Bulbophyllum makoyanum. I think that I persuaded him to subscribe to Orchid Board and to post his photo(s) of his plant so that you can see what Builbophyllum makoyanum looks like.
