My first Cattleya hybrid

I'm still learning the ropes with cattleya orchids. This one seems happy enough to produce two blooms on one pseudobulb. Also has a light fragrance. I might look into more cattleyas 🤔.
Also an idea to induce the plant to produce another direction of growth (more blooms) by notching or cutting the rhizome. I might try it! Attachment 170342 |
