Rhynchostylis has buds. But only 2 viable roots.
 

Goodeve. I've bought a rhynchostylis from my friend and would like to ask a question. Can these flower buds still open even though the plant has only 2 roots? It has no aerial roots And only have one or two functioning roots(roots that turns green when you water it.

It can, indeed, bloom. And with any luck, will grow some more roots - that nice green root tip says that it wants to live!

Ohw that one, it's not his it's from a neighbor vanda. I've put them close together to make watering them every morning easier.
