This is a surprise first bud, I know mini Catts can bloom quite quickly but wasn't expecting anything till next year at the earliest. None of the others bought at the same time show any signs of blooming yet.
Bought from Barrita Orchids in February 2024 as a small seedling.

Those minis can sneak up on you since many of them don't develop a sheath, the buds just pop out as the new leaf opens. Soooo cute!

Yes I've noticed some have sheaths others don't, this one has a small sheath but it bloomed straight out of the leaf.
