Bulbophyllum eberhardtii
 

I got the plant late january and it was doing fine, trowing new growths around. But i never paid attention to it until the growth was quite a bit grown, so i can't recall if they were all this pale. Unfortunately, my camera can't focus on it, so this pic is the best i have.

Do these plants start their off shoots pale at first?
