Baffled
 

My dendrobium nobile NOID flowered on 2 canes ( from the 3 canes it had) when I bought it last year with dark yellow flowers with a dark spot in the throat. It grew 2 more large canes last year and one of these is now spiking flowers, they are starting to open but are white! Anyone have an idea what could have caused this? Could it have been 2 plants grown together in 1 pot?
Something else? I’m flabbergasted!

It is very possible (likely) that there were two entagled plants in the pot.
