Encyclia tampensis var. alba
 

A lovely species. Recent years, the alba form seems to be more easily available than the tipo form here.

I have one with a purple lip here in Tampa. This is a local orchid but this year the heat and drought has been horrible to it. All the seven spikes have dried out. Only a tiny bud has survived.

I love the flower and the anise like mild fragrance.
