Is this damage from pests?
 

Hello, I've had this paphiopedilum hybrid for over a month now and I noticed this rusty brown colored spot on the bottom leaf. I think it's new, I've attached a photo but it's lighter in person and not as opaque as the photo shows. The second photo is of some damage to the leaf tip however I believe it came with this damage. I don't see any visible pests but I am concerned as my orchid collection is growing. To be on the safe side I treated this orchid and a few others with safers end all insecticidal soap. Should I be treating my whole collection to be safe?
