Shriveled leaves? (Pleurothallis rabei)
 

To cut to the chase, I ordered this orchid online and (obviously) it dried out a little bit during shipping, which is of course no ones fault. Though, around ~half of the leaves are a bit shriveled, they don't look dying but definitely not normal, does anyone know if regular watering will fix this?

The vendor should have packed this in a way to keep it moist as most Pleurothallidinae need plenty of humidity and a moist environment. If your plant was not packed to keep the plant humid, I would let the vendor know what happened.

I do not have this but have a couple of other Pleuros. Hopefully, someone with this will chime in and help you. What I would do is to soak the new plant in some distilled/rain/RO water for a couple of hours and see if that helps plump out those leaves. With my Lepanthes and Lepanthopsis, I lost a few leaves in the days after they arrived but they have been doing well since. Mine were packed well (Ecuagenera) and kept moist but they are so delicate.

Photos would help. What sometimes helps in getting a plant rehydrated is to soak for 1-3 hours in a sugar-water solution (1-2 teaspoons per gallon of water). Then rinse off the plant. The leaves may not totally perk up, but hopefully won't be lost. Then keep it as humid as you can.

I suppose "shriveled" wasn't the best term to use but I'm guessing yall can see what I mean. Will add that after the ~2 days I've had it and kept it moist the leaves have definitely perked up a bit but there is still clearly something up with them.

They may not fully plump up. No worries there, if the root system is good, the plant will be getting what it needs to thrive and new growth will be fine. Pleurothallids do like to stay pretty damp in general.
