Paphiopedilum josianae black spots on leaves

Hello dear orchid people!
I am not an over experienced paph grower and I have just noticed on my new arrival some black spots. The plant has spent 8 days in a box, hello courrier services.

Should I be worried?

I would notify the seller. I don't think it will become worse and I think the plant will do well, but if it doesn't, you will be in a better negotiation position.
