Rate my set-up?
 

I'm a new orchid grower (about 2 years), I have some Phals and Oncidiums. Would you guys rate my growing set-up and let me know if theres anything I'm missing?
This set-up houses 7/12 of my phals. Three are in quarantine at the moment (they will be added to the 2nd shelf), and two have solo growing lights and are on tables around my place.

It's really attractive. The test of whether it's doing the job is, are you getting another batch of flowers after a year or so? If you're getting blooming, light is adequate. If you're not, then you might need more intensity and/or duration. How long are you running the lights? 12 hours a day would be pretty ideal for the plants that you have.

nice! not sure about you, but when we had a terrarium with a purple light it drove me crazy after awhile :yikes:
