Cattlianthe Fitz Eugene Dixon Care

Hi, newbie here. I just bought 3 baby plants and would like to have advice on care. I live in zone 10a.
Should I pot, mount, affix to a tree? I have been transitioning many Cattleyas to the north face of trees on my property.
Thanks in advance, Liz

Welcome to the Orchid Board!

It depends on watering and how big they are. If it rains a lot in the growing season, and you can water them once a week in winter, mounted outside is fine for larger plants. Check out posts from member Dirty Coconuts, who grows a lot of things in south Florida mounted and in pots.

Tiny plants I would grow in pots until big enough to put on trees.
