Dendrobium Berry oda fungal infection?

2 Attachment(s)
I noticed yesterday these spots on my berry oda.

Is this a fungal infection? What can I do to treat it.
The leaves don't get wet usually. It's in a cabinet indoors with temperature around 20°C and artificial lights.

I'm fighting off mites and mealy bugs on some other orchids in my collection, but this looks like something else.

I’d say it’s more likely a pseudomonas bacterial infection, which thrives in warm moist environments and can be spread easily through splashed water.

I’d recommend a copper-based treatment, but there are mixed reports of toxicity in dendrobiums.
