This was sold to me as a Paph Lebaudyanum
 

This was sold to me as a Paphiopedilum Lebaudyanum for $75. 5 months later now that it is blooming, I am skeptical this is what I received. A reverse image search is bringing up Paphiopedilum Harbinger. After some digging, this seller seems to have a history of sending mislabeled plants.

What do you guys think as far as it being a different plant and what is a fair resolution?

I cannot verify the true name, but it is certainly not Lebaudianum.

I'd ask for a refund or replacement at the seller's cost, and failing that, challenge it with your credit card issuer.

Ya there is definitly not enough lowii influence in your plant for it to be Lebaudianum. If I pay 75$ for a plant im determined to get something very specific. Id let them know for starters and see what they do. Its sloppy and uncool.

my guess is wossner black wings. that hood coloration and the color break on the pouch. but either way, that would be a hard sell as a lebaudyanum me thinks.
