Orchids in the South East Asian Countryside
 

Just a collection of photo I took during my family visit in Vietnam. As you can see Phal-Den are the talk of the town, where the common Phal is the novelty here in SEA. People hang their orchids in the open and let rain do the chores. These den-phal even bloom in the dirtiest dumpster between the crevasses of two building.
Some of these are from my grandma's yard.
I also went to Singapore's Garden by the Bay but there were hardly any orchid in bloom and most were just common phals.
