private messages
 

sorry I’m sure I’m probably putting this in the wrong place. Is there a sent private messages box where I can see my replies to private messages? I wanted to go back and review them to make sure I had everything I wanted to say and I wanted to make sure they were there but I don’t see where to do that.

Yes. Click the tab above that says user CP. On that page on the right you will find the private messages section. Choose list private messages. Toward the bottom of that page you can choose either sent messages or received messages. Hope this helps.

wow. i wrote 4 replies today. NONE of them, in fact zero messages in Sent Box!!!

well, yes, it says ZERO sent messages.

i went to pm inbox to get username who i previously replied to.
clicked ‘show profile’ then clicked pm in the users profile, and THERE are my replies! under Visitor messages. i don’t get it.

the forum boots me out or times out the session while typing way to soon. maybe that’s all this happened the messages were sent or replied to, as it were, and they have my name on them, but they don’t show up in my sent box.

why aren’t they in my Sent folder?

Tedro, the option to save sent messages must be activated. I see in your profile that "Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default" is set to NO. I have changed it to YES for you, and from now on sent messages should appear. You can send me a PM to test this if you want.
