easy diagnosis of phal leafs?

so this came up while we were away. 1 gigantea hybrid seedling, in the middle of a group of other seedlings, is showing these weird spots. no other plant on the table has any signs of any issue, and this one was literally right in the middle of the group. any input?? tia!

Numbers can't hurt you or the plant, but a snail can. Looks like a single snail or two had lunch.
