Wow! How many bulbs did you put into that pot, and how long ago?

I bought in April 2018 two Pleiones, Tongariro and Heathfield. Both were three pbulbs.
The Tongariro produced some leaves but later it died, I suspect due to the spring to autumn heat.
Every year I have collected the new pbulbs and stored them with the old ones in the fridge while dormant, but last year I decided to let the pot outside in the balcony. The low temps it experienced seems to be enough. The pbulbs in the photo were the ones I potted last year.
Probably, this year, I will need to find a bigger pot.
