Bifrenaria spots on leaves

I bought a young bifrenaria last week and it's started to develop some brown/dark spots on its leaves. I've seen a couple of spots on its bulbs, too. I wonder if it's normal for.this species or if it should be treated in any way. Apparently a type of fungus does attack this specific species: Phyllosticta capitalensis.

So far I've placed it outdoors and far from my other orchids, just in case.

In the one above you can see a little hole. There is where the spot was kind of spreading. I cut it and cleaned with alcohol. Any suggestions on how to treat it are welcome (H2O2, copper, cinnamon...).

Thanks!
