Evaporative Cooler Installed
 

I finally got the duct properly attached to the unit and glazing. The electrician will install the wiring and switch. I ran the pump for the summer with the exhaust fan pulling air over the cooling pad. That worked well, but if the exhaust fan had failed, the greenhouse would have overheated because air only enters the greenhouse through the unit!

Is the lean-to a prefab or a custom build? I may be in the market for something like this is a year or so. Time to start researching my options.

It is a BC Greenhouses Cross Country 10x20 with a custom slope to go beneath the gutter. No roof vents. I assembled it myself. Built like tank.

Wow! That's a large cooler for that house.

He will generally have higher ambient humidity than you, so needs the extra evaporative area.
