Guanacaste Costa Rica
 

Been in Guanacaste CR this week. Saw some orchids in bloom in some trees on a secluded beach the other day but didn’t get pics as we snorkeled in and I didn’t have my phone. Today we went to Tenorio Volcano Nat’l Park and saw a variety of orchids in the wild, mainly what appeared to be stanhopea or gongora or the like as well as several cattleya types that had been collected. Tons of bromeliads, birds of paradise, cacao, sloths, monkeys, frogs snakes and ants. It dumped hard on us but was a lot of fun.
