mini mark x vdps pulcherrimin attempt at 21 days
 

well, while waiting for the other attempted cross to tell us what to do, i attempted pollinating the mini mark with the pulcherimmin, just for kicks and cause the flowers were ready. 3 weeks in and some swelling is happening! 🤞

yup, it failed! hahahaha!

we have only been successful with 2 pollinations so far that resulted in a mature capsule, and both were from noids. so we just pitched them...but they were good practice :)

in the last week there have been 2 more croses attempted from better plants, and if anything exciting come up i'll post an update.... but the minimark is not on the breeding schedule this year
