Vanda Roots or Keiki?

Hello,
I got a vanda pachara and i lost some of the leaves at the bottom. After a few weeks I saw this green stuff at the bottom of the stem. I just want to ask if this are roots or Keiki or just nothing.

If you can kindly let me know would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
