Bangkok Sunset failure

Last fall I ordered from Motts in Fla, four blooming size mature Vandas. Since I live in NM, the did not ship due to cold weather here. Arrived this spring without notice and I found them at my gate the next morning after a freeze the night before.
I have nursed them along and all but the Bangkok Sunset seem to be settling in to my arid climate.
It lost first on leaf of small fan, then another and this morning the last one fell off. The roots are still good. I am using Motts recommendation per ES for additional nitrogen. Using a 20 20 20.
Have I killed this sweet vanda, or did it lose its leaves due to being shipped to fast in the spring. I would have checked for a package from Motts if they had let me know. Was the loss of leaves about a month later due to transport damage, or did I do something that caused the leaves to drop.
CAN this sweet baby be saved or is it a total loss????:((

If it lost the crown (where the newest growth came out) you may still get keikis - basal, or farther up the stem. It'll take awhile, but as look as the roots are good, there is hope that it may recover. Don't worry too much about fertilizer while it is leafless - it's not going to do that much. The cold is what probably got it... some plants are just more sensitive than others. But do keep on watering and caring for it, keep it warm and new growth is very much a possibility.
