Asking for help identifying and treating leaf spots on dendrobium. Thank you. Jbrown

Those spots don't look troubling. Likely it's a minor, local bacterial issue where cold water got splashed a bit. Just keep an eye on the spots... if they spread, and/or become mushy, then they can be addressed. One way to monitor whether they are spreading is to draw a circle around them with a Sharpie. The eye is better at comparisons than with absolute measurements. Usually such things just dry up and don't go anywhere.
