New cattleya for me, has spots underside of leaves-

Hello everyone
I went to an aroid/orchid show last Saturday in Miami and brought back a cattleya from a grower further north in Florida. When I cleaned the leaves (had water spots) I noticed some darker spots. These are underside and not on top of the leaves. Does it look like a pathogen or is it normal? The new leaves close to the blooms do not have any spots at all.
Thanks for any input!
also it is a hybrid. I attach a photo of the name and hybrid.

Could be a couple of things, but to me it looks like damage done by small, sucking insects (i.e. thrips or scale). I suspect this one may have had a good sized infestation in the recent past. I'd nuke it with your favorite pest control agents a few times and keep it away from your collection until you've hit it several times.

In the future examine the plants carefully, and don't buy plants that look like this.

Thanks, if it were yours what would you nuke it with? I'm just learning. I have some azamax, that would be my go-to for insects.
