Mature Vanilla vine?
 

Ok guys. I’m looking to buy as mature of a vanilla orchid as I can find. Does anyone know a good place to purchase them. My regular orchid go tos are not selling them at the moment.

Fantasy Orchids posted a photo of one a week or two ago (FaceBook 'Stories', so it isn't persistent), but I'm not sure if it was a resident or for sale. They might know where to find one if they don't have one for sale.

There are usually some available on eBay. Large ones tend to be pretty pricey.

Most times all you can get is a 3' cutting at best.
That will leave you 5+ tears out from a bloom. Trust me. It's been 5 years and my plant is now maybe 12-15' long and still nothing in perfect growing conditions.
It takes FOREVER!

There were some 10-12 foot cuttings up on eBay when I checked, but they were running $200+. I want to say large vines established in pots run ~$1000 when I’ve seen them come up for sale in the past.
