New blooms paler and a lot smaller
 

Hello, I have two stems on one of my Vandas. The older stem is around 4 months old and other just opened a few daya ago. On the you ger stem vlooms are much smaller and pale. Is that normal or do they need time to fully develop?

Difficult to see in the picture, but I suspect that the newer inflorescence still needs some time to fully develop the flowers - they do tend to get larger and flatter with time. Color can continue to develop, or can be lighter due to different light (or other environmental conditions such as temperature) when it opened. Patience...

It may also be that that plant isn't really quite mature enough to support two spikes in bloom at the same time, yet.

Thank You so much for the answers! Also my flower stem seemed broken due to weoght but I staked ot and it continues to grow, does that mean the braking point healed?

if it is carrying on growing it looks like you got lucky. If it snaps off completey there is no saving it but staking it must have saved it, there will have still been tissue connected. I've not really seen it on orchids before I have to admit but it does amaze me how even tree bark can heal itself unless you remove a whole ring of bark and sever it completely

I have never seen a spike actually heal itself, but often if the more "woody" part breaks but the water-conducting parts just bent, the spike may very well continue to develop normally. If so, good save!
