Bletilla germination?
 

I had a few seed pods on my Bletilla this fall. I harvested one of the pods and brought it inside, when the pod split open I shook it inside my terrarium just to see what would happen. It’s been about 7 or 8 weeks and I’m seeing something sprouting on the leaf litter.
Looks like they could be corms but I’m not sure. If they are what would the next steps be?

I've never grown it from seed, but those could be seedlings. I would keep doing what you're doing.
