phal: how long to spring leaves post crown rot?

Well, apparently I had managed to pseudo-kill my two gigantic NOID phals. They flowered year around and for a long enough time off the same spike i was worried about draining them, so at some point when only one flower was left and before new buds showed up I just trimmed both plants spikes.
HOWEVER immediately after that the leaves gave up the ghost. I figured i must have given it crown rot because it was fast and vicious and the roots still look amazing. I did the physan and the lower light thing and hoped for the best. At some point one new tiny leaf appeared... but promptly became soft and died off. At this point i dumped a whole lot of cinnamon on the crown. The roots are still looking great. No new leaves have made themselves known since. Root show only.
Ideas for what to do next? They're in bark/charcoal mix. And i given them the MSR/KLN and superthrive mix for watering.
TIA!!!

If it is growing roots, stop the KLN and Superthrive (you should only use one, not both). Too much hormone stimulation can kill plants.

Keep it warm, humid and shady, and be patient.
